Use: Used as flame retardant for resin, synthetic resin, paper and coating, as catalyst for petrochemical industry and synthetic fiber. Used in the production of mordant, opalizer and as raw material for the synthesis of antimonic salt.

Soluble in hydrochloric acid, potassium hydroxide, sodium sulfide, tartaric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, insoluble in water, alcohol and dilute sulfuric acid.
